Job Description This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. In this role you will be focusing on the Salesforce.com application development and providing continuous development and process improvement. You will be responsible configuring Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards. The candidate will provide technical expertise and best practices; write complex business logic in APEX/Lightning classes; Plan, creates, and execute unit testing; Assist with analysis efforts and documentation. This includes developing solutions based on business requirements in support of our Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business units. The candidate will be able to resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. You will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. The candidate will demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Qualifications BS in Computer Science or related field, MS preferred. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.com Force.com (Visual Force) and Apex. Written Abilities: Proficient grammar, sentence structure and written communication skills. Salesforce integration development experience required. Excellent knowledge of page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, triggers, etc. Competent in Agile methodology. Good knowledge of Eclipse. Have worked on Saleforce.com instances with 500+ users. SQL query language and related database experience is a plus. Experience understanding and developing design documents from business requirements. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. Logical and efficient. Keen attention to detail. Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated and directed. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $34.46 - $50.48 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
