To achieve this, we are seeking for Junior Software Developer (Low Code/No Code) to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Your key responsibilities of the role
Develop, deploy, and maintain applications using Low Code / No Code platforms, including OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, PowerApps, or similar. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications. Integrate Low Code / No Code applications with APIs, databases, and third-party services. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Low Code / No Code development. Work alongside back-end developers, DevOps, and IT teams to enhance system functionality. Provide technical support and documentation for applications built on Low Code / No Code platforms. Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
To qualify for the role, you must be able to demonstrate a combination of the following
BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering with preferably up to 1 year of verifiable relevant working experience Familiarity with at least one Low Code / No Code platform, such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, or PowerApps, through academic projects, internships, or certifications. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Fluent in English Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Flexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s). Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments.Skills and attributes for success
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong organizational skills. Self-motivated and flexible, capable of working independently. A team player who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and confidentiality.
It will be a plus if you have
Hands-on experience with OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, or PowerApps beyond academic projects. Experience with integrating REST APIs and databases in Low Code applications. Basic understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps processes. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.Location
Preferred location in Cyprus or willingness to relocate.
