Junior Specialist in Client Solutions Team (French speaker)

In this role you’ll have a chance to develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer’s clients and consultants in the comp&ben area for the respective market.
In this role you will be responsible for:
develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of membership clients from France.
processing client queries and act as first point of contact for Mercer membership clients
providing advanced/proficient support in terms of data analysis/interpretation to clients
advising international clients on Mercer products, services and methodology
contacting membership clients during the survey cycle to request for compensation and benefits data
providing sales support to consultants (sales presentations, product information, and other ad hoc market requests)
We would like you to have:
1-3 years of experience in the areas of customer service
Fluent English and French are a must
Proficiency in MS Excel
Very strong organizational and project coordination skills
What makes the ideal candidate – but not required
Market research, HR or Comp&Ben area experience
Experience in sales and/or negotiations with Clients
Analytical skills and a strong focus to detail
