Your mission will be:
Support employees with HR applications.Answer user queries about HR processes (evaluation, development, and training).Communicate via email and phone in English and German.Analyze data accuracy, workflows, and reporting issues.Create training materials and conduct employee training.Collaborate effectively in international teams.Manage user permissions.
What We Expect:
Secondary/University education.Advanced knowledge of German and English.Proficiency in MS Office.Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (customer service).Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
