YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Strategy & Insights Analyst will include (but not limited to):

Support local market research strategy and annual research planActive cooperation with cross-functional teams and external agenciesManage collaboration with market research agencies (Nielsen, YouGov, IQVIA)Work closely and support the marketing team and Partner Business Units to identify opportunities to better use the dataUse the global insight portal to enrich local studies with global consumer trendsSupport team with CEE overviews & ad-hoc studies and make standard reportsBe responsible for local market reporting & monthly management updatesManage, maintain, analyze, and evolve the market research reporting systemMonitor and control dedicated ad-hoc research projectsRegularly create market deep dive analysis and work on strategic internal projects with cross-functional teamsLead brand performance tracking

We are looking for a Junior Strategy & Insights Analyst with the following profile:

At least 1-3 years’ experience in the field of market research/consumer insightsProven skillset in data management systems (Advanced MS Office, especially Excel high-level usage is a must including Pivot Tables, Excel advanced functions, etc. (experience with PowerPivot, Excel VBA macros, PowerBI is an advantage but not a must)Proven experience with Nielsen Retail Index and related software, experience with YouGov HH PanelProven track record in project management and marketing researchAbility to consolidate information into insights, actions, trends, and clear recommendationsAdvantage: Experience in briefing and full management of ad-hoc market research projects (qualitative & quantitative)Bachelor’s or Master’s in the field of marketing /sociology/ economicsFluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
