We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Systems Administrator to join our program. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure. The Junior Systems Administrator will work under the guidance of the Senior Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize the program's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of installing and configuring Windows operating systems. And will have working knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, and virtual computing concepts. This role will also provide assistance with the administration of networking equipment.

Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity Perform software installations and upgrades Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity Respond to alerts and notifications regarding system performance or security issues Participate in the development and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives Document procedures, policies, and configurations related to IT systems and infrastructure Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of IT.
