The Junior Systems Analyst is responsible for identifying potential solutions to address non-complex business problems and will focus on IT cost optimization.

Essential Duties:  

Apply IT knowledge and skills to propose solutions to business problems. Apply IT knowledge and skills to propose action, provide technical coordination, or conduct implementation activities to drive IT software/process solutions. Conduct research and perform analysis to identify IT processes and/or software products solutions. Act as a liaison/coordinator within the IT Department and business units. Coordinate IT maintenance contracts with a focus on cost reduction Coordinating the development of procedures, training and other communications. Participate in the implementation of system/process solutions. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or related field, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience  1+ years of Technical and software application knowledge Demonstrated expertise with Problem Solving / Analytical Skills Aptitude for process/software solution designs Aptitude in business functional area process and software/process solution designs Basic financial accounting knowledge  Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.
