The Junior Systems Analyst is responsible for identifying potential solutions to address non-complex business problems and will focus on IT cost optimization.

Essential Duties:  

\n\nApply IT knowledge and skills to propose solutions to business problems.\nApply IT knowledge and skills to propose action, provide technical coordination, or conduct implementation activities to drive IT software/process solutions.\nConduct research and perform analysis to identify IT processes and/or software products solutions.\nAct as a liaison/coordinator within the IT Department and business units.\nCoordinate IT maintenance contracts with a focus on cost reduction\nCoordinating the development of procedures, training and other communications.\nParticipate in the implementation of system/process solutions.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications: 

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or related field, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience \n1+ years of Technical and software application knowledge\nDemonstrated expertise with Problem Solving / Analytical Skills\nAptitude for process/software solution designs\nAptitude in business functional area process and software/process solution designs\nBasic financial accounting knowledge \nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\n\n
