Kforce's client, a global healthcare services provider in Secaucus, NJ is currently seeking a Junior Tax Accountant. Responsibilities: * In this role, the Junior Tax Accountant will prepare check requests for co-sourced returns, estimates and extensions * Process co-sourced returns, estimates and extensions * Ensure the tax calendar is accurate and up to date * Assist with tax notices * Assist with preparation of federal 1120's and state income and franchise tax returns * As a Junior Tax Accountant, you will assist with preparation of state income/franchise tax returns * Assist with preparation of state tax estimates and extensions for various states * Assist with calculation of state and local tax apportionment factors
