Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Junior Tax Analyst in Andover! This is a long-term position. **Shift:** 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday (Hybrid after training) **Pay:** $20-$25/hr DOE **Job Responsibilities:** This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following (* indicates essential function): + Check Andover Tax mailbox incoming mails from Federal and State authorities; scan all tax paper mails into electronic pdf files and file to applicable network locations. + Make tax payments and maintain corporate tax calendars. + Mail processing where applicable (notices/checks/general correspondence/tax returns) + Perform tax account reconciliations. + Assist in the U.S. federal and state income tax provision process (under supervision). + Collect 1099 and 1042 tax-relevant data and prepare for informational tax reporting workpaper (under supervision). + Run SAP reports and BW data and download to Excel. + Accumulate tax control evidence and confirm controls were executed based on control steps. + Maintain tax deliverables racker to ensure all required tax payments and mails are timely and accurately completed before due. + Assist with historical tax filings’ data collection from various sources and vendors master tax related data clean-up. + Collect tax return charitable contribution deduction relevant data, validation, and IRS audit-ready tax supporting workpapers. _The responsibilities listed herein are not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
