Your Job

Put in place and maintain large scale TCAD batch simulations towards creating ML models.

Create Machine Learning Models based on TCAD results using ANN and create the necessary documentation for Dashboard publishing.

Drive TCAD-ML activities, including forecasting the upcoming models and the needed licenses, ensuring the pipeline of models is always filled by coordinating with the TCAD stakeholders.

Actively expand TCAD-based ML code to include new features following the priorities of the Team (e.g. 1D and 2D data).  

Be responsible for the training and for delivery of the interns.

Perform Model vs. HW comparison as needed.

Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications

University degree or equivalent education in a technical area.

Very strong experience with the full chain of TCAD-based ML model creation.

Very good Python, Shell practical knowledge with ability to expand existing codes.

First experience in the semiconductor industry.

Advanced problem-solving skills to effectively deal with challenges varying in complexity

Very good interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders and team members across the globe.

Be able to communicate fluently in German (level C2) and English (level C1)
