Software Test Engineer is to be an advocate for the quality of the applications and software features based on the product requirements.
Responsibilities:
1.Design, specify and implement test cases based on product requirements with direction from the QA Team Lead
2.Perform testing duties as assigned by the QA Team Lead and report status
3.Ensure all defects found during testing are reported and tracked within Jira
4.Work with the development team and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues found throughout the SDLC
5.Provide detailed test execution records as directed by the QA Team Lead.
6.Review product and software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
1.Minimum one year of software testing experience (required)
2.Experience using a defect tracking system (required)
3.Knowledge of the SDLC (required)
4.Familiar with structured software design and basic theory (required)
5.Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as strong written and oral communication skills quired)
6.Able to take direction from senior software test staff (required)
7.Ability to quickly learn applications both from a business and a technical perspective as they relate to assignments (required)
8.Knowledge of Android OS and related applications; 1+ years Android software testing experience (preferred)
9.Fluent in Mandarin (preferred)
