As a Data Analyst / Technical Writer, you will:

Support a Department of Justice, FBI program, who designs, builds, and implements highly technical data collection systems.   Support a technology lab who dynamically implements technology to meet their outside customers uniquely defined evidence collection needs. Provide administrative support to the Unit Chief and program managers.

A week in the life of a Data Analyst / Technical Writer:

Gather requirements, develop, implement, and create documentation in support of the customer's mission. Assist with time sensitive responses and data collections and reports to upper management. Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of existing mission systems. Brief management, customers, and partners on mission topics and issues. Advise management on problems, changes, and new or future developments as it relates to mission systems. Provide administrative expertise to support planning and deployment of new mission systems by coordinating with appropriate personnel on requirements identification, requirements validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
