As a Junior - Mid Level Systems Administrator, you will:

Join an already established team with an opportunity to grow. Support a Department of Justice, FBI program, who designs, builds, and implements highly technical data collection systems.   Support a technology lab who dynamically implements technology to meet their outside customers uniquely defined evidence collection needs. A week in the life of a Junior - Mid Level Systems Administrator:

Perform basic computer Systems Administration support using your basic understanding of Windows, Linux, VMWare, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and or other capabilities in our customers environment.  Support direct interface with customers on support needs. Manage and or maintain user configurations. Support basic computer problem identification, and perform equipment repairs as necessary. Provide basic hardware setup, duplication, updates. Recommends procurement, removals, and modifications to network and system components. Drive engagement with IT Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure development and deployment of solutions. Clearly communicates complex technical solutions with stakeholders.
