Job Title: Junior Traffic Engineer
Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior Traffic Engineer to join our team in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have experience with HCS, Synchro, Vistro, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Excel. This role involves working on traffic impact studies, transportation safety and planning analyses, traffic engineering design, operations, and systems engineering. The candidate must be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail, be capable of preparing written documents, summarizing information collected by others, and assembling cohesive reports.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

100% Remote Role with in-office presence 2-3 times monthly. Our team operates in a virtual setting without a traditional office. Employees are self-directed, have flexible work hours, and participate in weekly in-person meetings, check-ins, and continued training through video meetings. Deliverables must be completed on time and with sufficient quality.
