In the role of Justice Planning Specialist, we'll count on you to:
Perform high level strategic analysis for Planning for Civic and Justice.Collect, analyze, and interpret data for Planning for Civic and Justice clients.Take information obtained through research and meetings with Civic and Justice clients and develop plans for them to successfully secure funding for future projects.Assist in teams with capabilities to handle all aspects of Civic and Justice projects, from facility planning, master planning, staffing, and space programming. Solid understanding of operational planning, facilities management, facility construction, managing lease agreements, policies, and implementing the contracting strategy in alignment with local policies and federal/state regulations.Assist in developing growth strategies for existing and new global geographic markets within the Civic and Justice business line.Ability to interact with clients and demonstrate communication and presentation skills.Ability to lead client meetings.Responsible for working with and mentoring staff unfamiliar with the Civic and Justice building type, scope, schedule, budget, and all planning project elements.Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 or more years experience in Civic and Justice PlanningExperience working in multi-disciplinary environmentsRequired Qualifications Associate's degree in engineering or related field of study or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 5 years experience in the discipline to be supportedAptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications specific to the discipline to be supportedKnowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supportedProficient with Microsoft OfficeGood verbal and written communication skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We Believe
