HX5 is seeking a qualified JWICS & SAP Engineer in support of the MDA IRES program at Schriever Space Force Base, in Colorado. The Network Engineer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Specialize in the administration and operations of a JWICS environment and performs cybersecurity compliance, operational sustainment, and other general IT tasks as needed to ensure continuous performance Build, maintain, and configure Windows workstations and thin clients Perform administrative operations and maintenance functions of hardware and software Troubleshoot system errors or user issues Track resource utilization and performance of systems Perform O&M patching and upgrades Coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve Remedy Incidents related to systems and supporting
infrastructure Provide SAP administration support as required Assist in other Systems Engineering/Administration duties to which may be assigned

   Education and Experience:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:

HS Diploma (or GED) and ten (10) years of general experience. Associate's degree and eight (8) years of general experience. Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of general experience. Master's degree and four (4) years of general experience.   Must have 6 years of directly related experience Must have a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification)

Desired Requirements:

Have experience with Systems Administration/Engineering experience managing Windows desktops, servers and office
products Have experience with HP workstation and thin clients Have experience with Networking and Cybersecurity Have experience with Remedy Incident and Change Management


   Salary:  The salary range for this position is $104,000- $129,000

   Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

   This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.  

   Other Position Requirements:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. ·Must have an active DoD Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI Security Clearance This position may require travel up to 10% of the time in support of MDA remote site integration activities.
