If you are passionate and experienced in driving sales and growth in education, this is an opportunity that will take you to the next level. Helios Ed is seeking a Senior K-12 Sales Rep to help drive rapid growth and adoption.

This role will enable you to strategize and put your ideas to work to cultivate sales in greenfield markets and build a solid pipeline. The candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with a focus on goals.
What you will be doing:
Strategize on growth, sales, and marketing. Put your ideas to action and achieve sales growth. Network with prospects, partners, and decision-makers at various levels. Learn the Helios solution to be able to present sales demos and answer questions. Develop and qualify leads, and help sales team build a robust pipeline of opportunities. Conduct webinars, meetings, product demos and presentations with district administrators and key decision-makers. Represent Helios in local/regional industry events, conferences, lunch and learns, and customer presentations. Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals. Build and manage relationships with new and existing accounts for customer satisfaction. Obtain referrals and build pipeline designed for growth.What you need to have:
Experience of achieving sales growth in edtech company selling in K-12 Ability to easily learn and become well-versed in the product Demonstrated ability to network and present credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including Board, Cabinet, and Director level Strong verbal and written communication Strong people and networking skills with a “relationship” approach Ability to travel efficiently Authorization to work for any employer in the USEducation and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field Minimum 3 years in a sales role with demonstrated experience in driving growth in an edtech company selling in K-12Why you will want to work with us:
