Sodexo has an opening for a K12 Menu Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

This is a temporary, part time position for a period not to exceed 6 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry of K-12 menus into Sodexo’s Menu database ensuring take rates, recipe numbers and key parameters are met. Responsible for proofing working and preparing menus for quality assurance process. Submission of accurate work in a timely manner. Candidates may also engage in other menu data entry work and review

Entering menus into a menu database

Proofing entries for accuracy (take rate, recipe numbers, etc.)

Working to submit menus in a timely manner

What You Bring

Key qualifications include.

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experience 10-key Data Entry experience

Detail oriented, ability to proof work for accuracy

Understanding of nutritional data highly desired

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending)
