**Job Description** **Funciones:** + Estar en terreno, salir a calle 50% del día, conocer la realidad de las tiendas, solucionar inconvenientes: es una supervisión de la zona en general, son zonas muy amplias. + Inconvenientes: nuevas campañas, lanzamientos en exhibición, entender por qué y si, por ejemplo, es stock hablar con abastecimiento. Es un rol muy propositivo. + También va a generar relación de apoyo con los supervisores, tendrá una comunicación muy fluida, solicitando información y planteando soluciones, los brazos derechos del KAE. + Indicadores: sell-out o volumen de ventas, monitoreo interno de KPIs, % exhibiciones, inventario fantasma. + Tareas administrativas: reporting o informes entregados a toda la compañía, monitoreo, reuniones internas en oficina, 50% del tiempo. + Necesaria licencia de conducción y automóvil para salir a terreno + RM: Región Metropolitana, terreno en Santiago de Chile + Canal moderno: está diferenciado por zonas geográficas o subzonas, en las que se ven de forma trasversal todas las cadenas. **Requisitos:** + Motivación y pasión por su trabajo – 100% involucrado + Soft skills: buen relacionamiento interpersonal, mucha iniciativa y proactividad. + Sistemas: intermedio de Excel hasta buen manejo de tabla dinámicas / Office, powerBI, Tableau un plus. + 2-3 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales, KAE, KAS o Key Account Supervisor.
