For our Commercial Fleet Business in United Kingdom we are looking for a Fleet Key Account Manager:
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that leverage Goodyear's "Total Mobility" modular offer of tires and solutions to enhance sustainability and drive efficiency for our truck fleet customers. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets, showcasing the benefits of Total Mobility in meeting their unique needs. Solution Selling: Utilize solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear's products, services, and Total Mobility offer with customer sustainability and efficiency goals. Problem-Solving: Address customer issues promptly and effectively, leveraging the flexibility of the Goodyear Total Mobility offer to provide innovative solutions and enhance overall satisfaction. Consulting: Collaborate with fleet clients to identify areas for improvement in their business operations, leveraging the Total Mobility offer to provide expert consultancy and drive sustainability and efficiency. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients, promoting the advantages of Goodyear's Total Mobility for comprehensive fleet management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Proven track record in fleet management, sales of Telematics, B2B account management, preferably in the automotive industry Strong understanding of solution selling, with a focus on aligning products and solutions with customer needs Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and goals.
Skills, Experience & Education
Some exposure of working and connecting with the commercial industry. B2B field sales experience is a must. Ability to work on own initiative and excellent problem-solving experience. Demonstrated track record of securing new business opportunities. P&L management experience including analysis and action resolution. Significant experience of negotiating contracts and the ability to represent Goodyear at Board level. Tyre knowledge would be desirable, not essential. Team player. Excellent organisation skills. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. Advanced user of Excel software. Manage and oversee billing files.
