YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role are to: 

Serves as a contributor to cross-functional teams for problem solving issues within the supply chain operations;Reviews multiple data inputs and understands clear leversto pull to improve processes;Supports the development of a deeper understanding behind the complexity of processes and systems;Facilitate the resolution of problems during the development process to meet operational targets & customer needs;Supports deployment of digital tools in order to digitize logistic operations & data;Effectively extracts and analyzes key data sets in order to extract insight for end-to-end supply chain optimization;Partners with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently deliver against project objectives.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:

Full-time student currently enrolled at an accredited four-year university majoring in an appropriate Supply Chain Management, Logistic or Data Science or other closely related field OR pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic or Data Science or closely related discipline;

Successfully completed at least sophomore year or higher with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 prior to start date;

Ability to work accurately and efficiently on multiple projects under tight timelines;

Interest in SCM systems and processes such as inventory management, warehousing, transportation and procurement; 

Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office / Excel Pivot Tables Good communication skills due to the cross–functional collaboration required with several stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data analysis utilizing tools including PowerBI, Tableau preferred.  YOUR APPLICATION
