Daikin Applied is seeking a KBE Configurator Programmer who will be responsible using knowledge-based engineering for the design and development of the rule-based AI software systems. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!
Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MN
What you will do:
Define and maintain project timelines that span an average of 2-3 months in length Divide and delegate module tasks that are basic to moderate in scope Identify and apply industry best practices when applicable Assist in the creation and evolution of rule-based artificial intelligence automated agents Convert basic rules-based designs into code for automated bill of material, assembly drawing, and flat file outputs Provide input to project leaders for estimating and scheduling projects to meet development costs and completion dates, in accordance with new product introduction practices Develop test programs for new software Analyze test data and report to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering and design tasks Provide assistance to other users of knowledge-based engineering systems and softwareWhat’s in it for you:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Drafting 4 to 6 years of experience in Drafting, Design or Engineering Systems Work visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
