The Product Manager III is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of new and existing product portfolios and client servicing experiences. The Product Manager III will be a subject matter in defining the overall business strategy and financial plan, including knowledge of industry trends, production expectations, performance, forecasting, profitability outcomes, and goals for a portfolio of products. The Product Manager III consults with senior business leaders and directs allocated resources to plan, develop, implement, and measure product and sales initiatives to increase overall product portfolio performance while adhering to risk framework. Responsibilities
Planning, executing, and supervising projects to meet strategic objectives.Responsible for developing and managing risk strategies.Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsible for developing and managing strategies to mitigate risk.Manage end to end life cycle on high-risk items.Create and manage end to end resolution plans and remediation.In depth understanding of control creation and managementResponsible for monitoring and reporting out daily, weekly, and monthly target updates.Responsible for understanding market conditions, the regulatory landscape and making recommendations for change as appropriate to internal and external conditionsAccountable for the compliance and legality of all product portfolio offerings and effectiveness of distribution and deliveryCollaborates and reports with Senior Leadership and other key stakeholders.Lead business initiatives following a project plan and is responsible for outcomesConsult with business leaders and management to obtain buy-in and input.May present business cases and critical business updates to senior leadershipMay manage a small team of Product Managers and AnalystsPerforms other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without noticeComplies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience (required)Experience Qualifications
7+ years experience in financial services or related industry (preferred).7+ years experience in product development (preferred) with demonstrated focus on compliance, risk, regulatory (including remediations), and legal requirements across multiple segments, and at an enterprise level.Tactical Skills

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
