A.T. Still University's Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) is seeking applications for a non-exempt administrative support on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position will provide support to the department as it relates to the daily operations of the region, assisting with rotation paperwork, etc.
Job Duties:
Data entry into New InnovationsAnswer student questionsTelephone dutiesRespond to student emailsProvide support to the Rotation Site Coordinators to schedule student rotations and prepare associated rotation paperworkStudent communication and interactionSupport and organize monthly Education Day eventHelp facilitate collection and entry of preceptor information, affiliation agreements, clinical evaluations, and all other assessment documentsProctor exams as neededFiling, mail suppliesProvide secretarial and clerical support to the Regional Coordinator and Deans as requestedSkills/Experience:
Individual must be detail-oriented and available to make needed updates and changes as requestedTyping and accuracy are required at all timesMust work well with others in a team environmentMust be comfortable working with electronic devices, data entry, and generating reports from electronic programsRequire skills in communication, organization and time managementATSU offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverages, among more.
