Provide client care according to a approved Plan of CareAssist clients with personal care and hygieneProvide transportation as requiredAssist in providing a safe environment for clientComply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

 

Job Requirements include: 

1 year experience (6 months considered)Valid driver’s licenseReliable car / auto insuranceAmerican Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR (online CPR not accepted)Negative TB Results within last year
