**The Position** Responsible the manage of KA team to successful implementation of agreed strategies and plans, and to increase the sales of Pets products. Lead to build strategic partnership between KAs & BI under Companion Animal business strategy. **Tasks & Responsibilities** + Lead KA Management,ensure the balance of sales, supply and inventory on a national level, to achieve & exceed annual growth targets. + Lead to build long-term strategic partnership with KA including sales activities, vet tech support, logistics etc. to build BI's leadership in Pet PARA categories. + Drive customer engagement & execution excellence in all levels of KA from HQ to each hospital/store, through leading KA team & field team & cross functional collaboration, and build up best customer experience. + Monitor customer collection and credit control, manage sales daily reports and customers call records to avoid the business risk. + Maintain and develop professional relationships with all stakeholders.
