As the Key Account Associate Manager for Living Proof, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth targets by ensuring that our wholesale accounts receive the right assets, information, and products on time. You’ll manage day-to-day processes related to new product forms, product page updates, and purchase order tracking. Additionally, you will oversee our smaller retail partners, including EC Scott, Revolve, Space NK, and subscription box programs. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented relationship builder who prioritizes operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and trade marketing, as well as our external retail partners. This role reports to the Senior Director of National Accounts.


Core Responsibilities:

New Product Launch Logistics: Ensure timely submission of all required operational information for new item setups according to retailer policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs.Operational Excellence: Maintain detailed, side-by-side calendars of all activities at owned channels, updating weekly for transparency and accurate tracking of retailer initiatives. Communicate needs with sales and marketing, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables (social, digital, education) to retailers.Product Page Maintenance: Keep all digital product pages updated with the latest assets for new launches and existing SKUs. Coordinate with sell-in and marketing teams on SEO search names, ensuring that all deliverables are approved by brand marketing.PO Management: Track shipments for all retailers in internal financial files. Communicate weekly PO updates, including sku cuts, to retailers and participate in shipment calls with the sell-in and customer service teams.Account Management: Oversee EC Scott, Revolve, Space NK, and subscription box programs, focusing on visual merchandising, digital merchandising, sampling, and promotional execution. All initiatives must receive approval from the Senior Director of National Accounts, aligning with the overall wholesale strategy and budget.Ratings and Reviews Program: Execute the ratings and review program with a third-party partner, ensuring alignment with the strategy developed by the trade marketing team and adherence to the allocated budget.Target POL System Expertise: Serve as the in-house expert on Target’s systems, ensuring financial accuracy for all sales and deduction activities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand marketing, trade marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of responsibilities.


Requirements 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the beauty industry. Professional internship experience or prior coordinator experience a plus, preferably in sales, business development or account management.Passion for the beauty industry.Outstanding time management skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities at once.Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to keep up with a detailed to-do list.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
