Key Account Consumer Lines & Travel

Role Purpose

Manage current Consumer Lines programmes (A&H, IPL & Travel) to maximize the portfolio value and maximize customer revenue as well as retention. Support implementation of new programmes by collaborating with UW, Claims, Ops, Delivery Management & BDM.Work closely with Senior Account Manager to make sure that Partnerships are contributing to the overall Iberia performance and strategy.Responsible for the management of the portfolio and relationship with the new partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Chubb.Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from Partnerships (meeting Growth, Product enhancement Plan and Renewal Goals).Manage all the internal processes: legal, claim, underwriting, operations, IT, to manage portfolio and implement new partnerships.Acting as the primary point of contact for key Partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingResponsible for the management of the sales, premium booking and profitability. Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.Being in control of Marketing Campaign, analysing MK campaign results according with our Mk assumptions (Volumes & Performance Kpi’s) and create plans for growing and improvement.Support and be active together with BDM and Delivery Management in the implementation process for new Partnerships.

Qualifications

4-5 years (at least 3) on Insurance industry preferably from Travel, Affinity and IPL.Advanced in English(C1)University graduateUser or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
