Key Responsibilities:
Customer Strategy & Relationship Management: Develop customer growth strategies in collaboration with territorial managers and conduct joint planning sessions with key clients to align on vision, strategy, and goals.Sales Process & Order Management: Negotiate with customers, prepare sales forecasts and budgets, manage sales orders in SAP, and ensure timely updates in the Sales Force program.Technical & Project Support: Provide consultations on equipment selection, assist in large project completions, and support technical training for customers.Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, reporting on sales opportunities, threats, pricing, and marketing trends.Risk & Compliance Management: Assess client reliability and creditworthiness, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance with company procedures and contract terms.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
