Purpose of Role: Drive sales growth and customer development in the mining industry by managing client relationships, assessing customer needs, and providing technical sales support. The role involves negotiating contracts, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Additionally, it includes market analysis, competitor monitoring, and strategic planning to enhance the company’s market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute customer growth strategies in collaboration with territorial managers, aligning with sales department plans.Assess client reliability and creditworthiness, negotiate contracts, and support Key Clients with order preparation for long-term partnerships.Manage the full sales process, including order status updates, commercial offers, equipment selection, and project execution with internal specialists.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights and reports on sales opportunities, threats, and pricing.Utilize Sales Force and SAP for sales planning, order management, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Higher education in a technical field with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the mining industry.Proficiency in PC usage and sales-related software.Intermediate English proficiency (reading, translating technical literature, and spoken communication).Valid Category B driver’s license.
