Key Account Executive
PURPOSE
The Key Account Executive (KAE) is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and sales team through distributors in Modern Trade channel.
The KAE need to have excellent collaboration with distributor’s sales team to ensure delivered the sales target (through execution of customer marketing programs)
The KAE has responsibilities for managing operations through distributor, service level improvement and excellent in execution for promotion activities in Modern Trade channel
MAJOR TASKS
Ensure sales goals are achieved as planned
Together with Customer Marketing control trade spending (GTN) of every customers to get the best deal of Investment
Create & propose instore activities and ensuring on time Implementation of all activities in assigned customer with Operational Excellences
Ensure all the required data are gathered and all the necessary reports are submitted accurately and timely.
Maintain close contact with key accounts, highlighting planned strategies to develop profitable business and gathering information for future business plans and initiatives.
Build and establish strong in-store presence of brand/product and ensure inventory availability in distributors/customers according to the service level agreement.
Create initiatives to improve business process and overall working procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the unit.
Ensure all activities should be within corridor of Bayer compliance and safety regulation
Ensure accuracy forecast in assigned customer to make sure the stock always available in the store
Collaboration & Coordination with other sales team (ASM, KAM, E Kam) in order to make sure all plan executed flawless
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role within the Modern Trade industry.Key Competencies:Strong expertise in Territory Management.Proven Leadership abilities.Excellent Analytical and Negotiation skills.Proficient in MS Office applications and creating effective presentations.Solid knowledge of Account Management.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
