Purpose of Role

The Key Account Manager, Wholesale will manage and drive the Sales for Under Armour in the assigned EMEA region managing ~2-3 Exclusive Distribution partners.
The Key Account Manager, Wholesale will be responsible for Sales / Commercial activities in close alignment and partnership with the Distributor’s attributed region with cross functional teams and makes sure Under Armour’s global strategies are translated to local needs.
This position acts as primary point of contact for the assigned distribution partners and ensuring that the right brand execution is in line with brand strategy on the field. 
This position supports the full GTM by supporting the Merchandising, the Visual Merchandising, the Marketing and the Sports Marketing EMEA strategy.
 

Your Impact Represent UA brand externally / the distributor partner regions internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa manage all interfaces Ensure understanding of the assigned regions and commercial opportunities in all channels including Wholesale, Pure Players and DTC (Retail, and E.Com) Drive seasonal category growth initiatives in accordance with the EMEA Go-To-Market strategy Ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as well as cost effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account Ensure contractual agreements are followed UA yearly financial objectives are met (top line rev., in house margin target) Ensure development of the distributor strategies by formalizing account plans, building 3-5 years strategy & market share expansion Time to time trace commercial opportunities, such as reorder, in channels Key Accounts, Pure Players and DTC Drive seasonal category growth initiatives accordance with the GTM strategy Drive EMEA sales strategic/development initiatives (channel & product segmentation etc.) Partner payment terms and requirements - internal credit line management Monitor in country inventory position Collecting sales data and industry trends within the market to allow UAE to analyze and take advantage of potential growth or forecasted future declines; and communicating to UAE sales management local market news on competitors, customers, and political situations.  Support team with key GTM process and sales development tasks to ensure operating efficiency.
  Qualifications Understanding and ability to drive a market Sales Strategy across the different channels, Wholesale, DTC, E.com Demonstrated ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve issues Strong understanding of Direct Marketing fundamentals, Channel, Brand and Sports Marketing, and response-driven creative development Self-starter with a humble and hungry mindset, engaged and able to work under pressure in a challenging fast paced environment with tight deadlines Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments concurrently and deliver on commitments Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills Through knowledge of the competitive landscape and ability to translate findings to positively impact business Minimum 6 years of relevant Sales experience or equivalent role managing multiple competing tasks and demands in a fast-paced consumer-driven environment At least 3-5 years’ experience in Key Account Management Proven Key Account Management skills and strong negotiation skills Market skills and experience ideally in the META region, Middle East, Turkiye, Africa Proficiency in a second language like French or Turkish would-be a plus Workplace Location Location: Amsterdam office  Work life Integration Designation: Hybrid work (baseline of minimum 2 days a week in-office).  Travel: IE- 10-15% of the year
