We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas
The Key Account Manager is responsible for account retention, upselling, and managing relationships with customers.
This is a Remote Role with travel to customer locations
What You'll Do Develop and implement customer growth & retention strategies to achieve company objectivesManage relationships with current accounts to ensure proper products/services selection, top-notch customer service, and continued growthCollaborate with various departments, such as sales, marketing and operations to achieve assigned objectivesAct as liaison for customers, vendors and companyIntroduce new products to accounts through the utilization of different channelsMaintain daily activity tracking in CRM (Salesforce)Advocate the use of best practices and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
