Your mission: to forge lasting relationships with key customers, identify exciting business opportunities, and close impactful deals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Growth Leader: Drive internal teams to boost sales opportunities with Key Accounts and attract new clients. Negotiate Like a Pro: Utilize your strong negotiating skills to seal deals with large, global companies. Strategic Vision: Develop long-term strategic goals and build a robust pipeline of new business. Opportunity Seeker: Identify potential clients and the key decision-makers within their organizations. Trend Analyst: Evaluate market trends, present insights, and propose innovative new services and products. Deal Closer: Track, record, and close deals to meet and exceed organizational targets. Financial Strategist: Develop and manage annual sales budgets for existing and new business initiatives. Client Relationship Strategist: Manage all strategic and operational aspects of customer relationships, crafting tailored solutions for key customers. Performance Tracker: Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics. Profitability Manager: Oversee the P&L of assigned accounts and/or product lines.

 

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: At least 10 years in sales, preferably in the Retail Packaging industry or CPG. Industry Knowledge: Background in printed film and/or fitments is a plus. Leadership: Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
