Key Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to manage and grow our key accounts within the Automotive and Assistance Service lines of business. Job Summary: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing important accounts, developing strong working relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will proactively contact clients to maintain consistent service delivery, identify new business opportunities, and ensure profitability in line with annual targets. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and Operations Team to ensure that service requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Account Performance Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day commercial performance of each account within your portfolio and resolve customer issues promptly. Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and maintain productive relationships with existing key accounts. Client Liaison: Regularly engage with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and ensure their needs are met. Opportunity Pipeline Management: Manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all viable opportunities to achieve gross profit targets in line with quarterly goals. Project Management: Lead the roll-out of new contracts and services, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction. Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Market Analysis: Advise on market changes, trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience in the Automotive industry is an advantage. Sales Achievement: Proven track record of meeting significant sales revenue targets. Personal Attributes: Responsible, self-motivated, and logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Strong and professional presentation skills, excellent negotiation skills, and effective interpersonal and analytical skills. Personality: Pleasant, outgoing, sales-oriented with a customer service mindset and excellent oral communication skills. Independence: Ability to work independently. Technical Proficiency: High computer literacy. Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English. Additional Advantage: Having your own car is an advantage.
