Key Account Manager

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Key Account Manager - Rental. The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, retaining, and growing customers through effective relationship-building within an assigned territory. The Rental Location Key Account Manager ensures timely implementations of all customer programs to exceed customer expectations, service and quality standards, and position them as the leader in our industry, ultimately building value and enhancing the customer experience.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and retaining key client accounts within a designated region. This role involves a blend of remote work, in-house duties, and travel to client sites. A significant portion of the work is done remotely, requiring self-accountability and effective time management. Twice a week, for four hours each session, the Key Account Manager is required to attend in-house meetings and training sessions. The majority of the time is spent on the road, visiting clients to maintain and strengthen relationships, with a particular focus on retaining jeopardized businesses. The role includes overseeing a personal list of clients within a specific region, conducting contract negotiations, and scheduling both impromptu and planned meetings to address client needs and concerns. Quick and effective communication is crucial, as the Key Account Manager must respond promptly to client inquiries and issues. The position requires the use of a personal vehicle for client visits, with the vehicle needing to be less than 10 years old. Mileage reimbursement and gas expenses are covered. This role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated individual who excels in client relationship management and thrives in a dynamic, on-the-go work environment.
