Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) based in Bangladesh to join us in advancing Ericsson's vision of a world where limitless connectivity improves lives, redefines business, and pioneers a sustainable future.

This role is pivotal in building and maintaining profitable and trusted relationships with our key customers, combining strategic thinking, business development, and responsible management of our resources to enable growth for both Ericsson and our customers. As the end-to-end owner of the total business with the assigned customer(s), you will be responsible for strategy, business development, sales, and delivery, ensuring alignment with Ericsson's long-term objectives while meeting the evolving needs of the market.

Success in this position requires a deep understanding of our customers’ business, operations, and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital. Additionally, a deep commitment to Ethics & Compliance and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards is essential, with the expectation to act as a leader on these topics.

You will act with confident authority and take accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful and secure profitable growth for Ericsson.

You Will

 

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable growth across business areas.Generate profitable sales and develop long-term business opportunities with customers.Develop trust and dedication by aligning with customer objectives and enabling their success.Oversee delivery excellence, ensuring quality and profitability.Lead and develop a stellar sales team focused on success, accountability, and ethical conduct.Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.Key Qualifications:

 

Master’s degree in business administration, Master of Science, or similar.7-10 years in relationship sales in ICT industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.Strong understanding of the Bangladesh market and customer landscape.Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for solving complex problems.Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultures as part of a global team.Skilled in leading change and driving collaboration within and beyond the sales team.Strong financial insight coupled with a creative, innovative approach to business challenges.Excellent presentation & communication skills (oral and written).
