About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering innovative entrance solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As the Key Account Maanger IDS, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales targets. In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, preferably in Industrial Doors and Docking Systems Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts. Identify new business opportunities and present value-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experience. Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.

 

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial door or related industry. Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B or technical solutions industries. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, team management and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet sales target deadlines. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the market. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Develop actionable insights to guide sales strategies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Availability for travel as needed.
