Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager reports to the Director of Key Accounts. You will manage key account relationships, serving as the primary contact and promoting, trusted customer interactions. Responsibilities: Own the relationship to the key account, including driving the top-to-top communication, understanding customer needs, preparation of negotiations and pricing strategy Coordinate strategic account managers working across key account sites of the same account to ensure alignment, including strategy, pricing and terms & conditions Organize regular meetings of strategic account managers collaborating on a key account to share news and best practices Manage opportunity pipeline of key accounts & ensure it is filled You will identify new business opportunities (e.g., due to new product introductions) and support in assessing value potential for customers Sales Process Experience with key account demands including different company strategies and cultures and work with multi-regional/global teams Experience Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (e.g. marketing, business) or relevant field required. 5+ years' experience in capital equipment sales / account management, required. Capital Equipment for food and beverage processing. Negation and contract management Working Conditions: You will work fully Remote. 25%-50% travel may be required to meet with retail partners and attend industry events. COMPENSATION RANGE: $121,000.00 to $138,00.00 + 40% Commission. Compensation is determined on experience and skill. This job description is a general description of essential job functions.
