Key Account Manager
Establish strong relationships with key customers, both existing and new, while providing exceptional service.Develop sales and negotiation strategies.Prioritize brands in collaboration with the Traffic Group on execution priorities.Develop CRM systems, structures, and standards.Plan and follow up to achieve set sales goals.Create emotional and emotional connections with brand managers and key individuals in organizations.Develop customer loyalty strategies.Evaluate and review the performance of executive units regarding project delivery.Evaluate and analyze the cost and benefits of brands and provide relevant reports to the relevant manager.Provide documented reports on the status of projects to the relevant manager.

Requirements:

At least five years of experience working in full-service advertising agencies.Gender preference: Female.Ability to anticipate potential challenges before they arise and develop win-win solutions to overcome them.Familiarity with ATL, BTL, and TTL concepts.Experience in content development across multiple media.Project management skills in 360 advertising campaigns.Proactive and dynamic.Attention to detail.Ability to think and provide solutions promptly to overcome a crisis.Excellent organizational and administrative skills.Exceptional communication skills.Confidence to work without supervision.Adaptability and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.Proficiency in IT.
