Job Summary

This position will drive sales result by leveraging internal resource to fulfil customers requests.

How you will contribute and lead:

Achieve Sales Target by managing selected accounts, distributors, and explore new business with strategic focus.Provide market insights to the company for the responsible markets.Identify, predict and create selected accounts’ needs on new products, and advanced existing products with good business sense and cases through presenting a metrics of market trends and analysis, costs benefit and enhancement of brand integrity.Establish and execute account management strategy, forecast, planning and budgeting.Be a competent partner internally & externally – an expert for the Chinese market and technical knowledge relevant to company products.Lead and manage projects to ensure that they meet deadlines and customer’s requirement by working closely with technical, consumer research and regional team. Manage the supplier-customer relationship through intensive network, providing client services in terms of problem solving on commercial issues, and being a business partner. Prepare sales report and account analysis.   

What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Food Science or relevant;At least 3 years of sales, account or business management in flavor company;Proven experience in managing key accounts and business development in the assigned scope;Knowledge of the beverage businesses is preferred.Able to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrates respect for people;Demonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skills;Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally;Demonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving;Accepts 50% travel frequency.
