Come join the creative and empowered company, IFF is looking for a motivated, results-driven Key Account Manager, Dairy to support the continuously growth of Nourish Business in China.  

How You Will Contribute

Ensure the goals for revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy.Establish and maintain the strong relation with key customers.Coordinate sales activities regarding the responsible accounts.Define and work out the short-term and long-term key account plan.Develop new customers and explore new business opportunity.Involve in the sales strategic planning to provide the solution on key accounts.Trouble shoot, solve customer issues and define unmet needs.Work with innovation team to provide the qualified technical service to the customers.Work with the marketing to promote products and provide the defined marketing information for existing and potential business.Coordinate with CSR team to provide satisfied service to customers. Handle account receivables and make sure the overdue controlled in the acceptable level.Manage the accounts within Salesforce system.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

Preferred sales, commercial or technical sales background.Rich experience working as a sale in B to B food industry which including experience in dealing with diary key accounts.Experience in multinational companies will be a plus.Master or bachelor’s degree in food or related major.Competency in oral and written communication in English.A highly driven person with execution excellence to make possibilities happen and has big appetite for success.Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally.Have ownership for setting objectives.Results-oriented and respond quickly with any corrective actions.Good management of sales reports and other database work in Salesforce.
