About the role
Key Account Manager is mainly responsible to hunt incremental opportunity in the market while developing relationship with key account customer and direct account then foster it to convert into new business opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
Identify and hunt new business opportunity focusing in key account and direct account. Build relationship with customer and distributor team to improve overall sales result and service level. Monitor and anaylze actual-forecast sales performance and taking actions as necessary. Identify and report about market behaviour and landscape, business trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with BC and or Distributor Marketing and Technical team to drive customer related initiatives. Responsible and accountable to ensure achievement agreed Key Account targets
About you
Bachelor , prefer with background of business, communication or food technology Proficient in English Minimum 3 years working experience, minimum 1 year exeprience in food service sector Maturity to work independently Agile and Adaptive to change Demonstrate resilience in under pressure situation Good teamwork ability Good analytical thinking
