Key Account Manager
+ Play a key role to define the strategy sales plan for key account. + Develop new customers with right portfolio and pricing strategy, including some government background customers. + Understand evolving customer needs for crop protection business from key accounts such as enterprise customers on corn, potato, rice, etc. + Map key stakeholders inside key accounts develop contacts and strong relationships at senior management level with key accounts. + Work with marketing and technical services team to create winning campaign for enterprise key accounts and enhance customer loyalty. + Control orders and administrative process of sales to key account. + Coordinate and overview supply side and delivery process to key accounts. + Ensuring proper product stewardship and compliance with EH&S, sales processes and company policies.
