Key Account Manager (CP), Swine in South
**The Position** **Key Account Manager (CP), Swine** + Delivering on the assigned financial targets in line with the Animal Health strategy of Boehringer Ingelheim Vietnam LLC in coordinate with Boehringer Ingelheim VN and distributor team + Establishing professional relationships with key personal in key accounts + Determine and exploit potential of the account by optimizing business performance + Continuous assessment clarification, validation and management of customer needs + Lead and coordinate the solution development and needed activities to meet customer needs + Provide the technical support to customers + Technical training for field force of Boehringer Ingelheim and distributors **Tasks & responsibilities** **:** + Achieve Key Accounts sales targets + Manage the Key Accounts Direct Promotion (DP) budget + Complete and update yearly key account plan in line with Boehringer Ingelheim key account planning standards + Proactively identifies, assesses and validates customer needs and translates the needs into the action plan + Communicates proactively with the National key account manager to provide a 5 year key account sales forecast + Understands the formal and informal key account structure + Provides management and technical solutions to create win-win situations + Identifies key leverage points in the business to ensures activities and interaction is in line with Boehringer Ingelheim compliance guidelines + Provides technical training to key personal within Key Account + Foster a solution provider culture to create win-win situations + Technical training and updating to the Boehringer Ingelheim Territory Specialist team and distributor sale reps + Coaching and co-visit customers for problem solving with Boehringer Ingelheim and Distributors team + Support in house technical training and field group meeting presentation **Requirements:** + Veterinarian Doctor, more than 5 years working in swine industry + Veterinarian with excellent technical knowledge in pigs + Key account management experience + Customer focused + Leadership competencies + Performance and Return on Investment-driven person + Proven ability to work cross-functional + Interpersonal and communication skills **READY TO CONTACT US?** Please contact our Recruiting Team: Ms. Phuong Vo: phuong.vo@boehringer-ingelheim.com All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to a person’s actual or perceived race, including natural hairstyles, hair texture and protective hairstyles; color; creed; religion; national origin; age; ancestry; citizenship status, marital status; gender, gender identity or expression; sexual orientation, mental, physical or intellectual disability, veteran status; pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition; genetic information (including the refusal to submit to genetic testing) or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law.
