We’re looking for a strong networker to implement our on-trade strategy through Group accounts and Festival partnerships. This role focuses on accelerating our Ready-to-Drink portfolio in Festivals and closing deals with large restaurant chains.
**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic On Trade Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and developing business relationships with On Trade wholesalers and key accounts across Denmark. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, improve brand visibility, and ensure the successful execution of our strategic plans within the channel.
**Role Responsibilities**
+ **Account Management:**
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers.
+ Negotiate commercial agreements to optimize sales performance and profitability.
+ Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
+ **Sales Strategy:**
+ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets within the channel.
+ Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts and potential new business.
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt strategies effectively.
+ **Brand Development:**
+ Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement impactful brand activations in the On Trade environment.
+ Drive premium brand visibility and ensure optimal product placement across key accounts.
+ Analyze brand performance data to optimize marketing and sales initiatives.
+ **Performance Management:**
+ Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable market insights to senior management.
+ Use data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
+ Track key performance indicators to measure success and recommend improvements.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
+ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure operational excellence.
+ Coordinate with field sales teams to align commercial strategies and enhance execution at the point of sale.
+ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build strong networks.
**About You**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial functions, preferably within the spirits, beverage, or FMCG industries.
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
+ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
