Key Account Manager - Emerging Channels

It’s a hybrid position, which means you will work both form home and from the office located in the Netherlands (‘s Hertogenbosch) to maximize your work life balance. You will have the responsibility for managing customers in the “Emerging Channels Netherlands” team. We are the growth engine for our business unit. Our team is responsible for customers in different channels like E-commerce, Out of Home, Non-Food retail, Travel and wholesalers.

 

We are looking for somebody who wants to work for one of the biggest Food companies in the world and enable the business to drive positive sales growth results. This role gives you the opportunity to develop your career to work with either new market or channel, and work with a fantastic and supportive team. This Key Account role will give you the opportunity to work with and have a large impact on our Benelux business. The role provides some brilliant benefits including an annual bonus (based on both yours and the company’s performance), extra weeks’ pay in December, daily allowances, a company car, and other benefits, including pension, sport subscription, health care and life insurance.

 

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Business Plans – You’ll create and develop Customer Plans, lead year-end negotiations. Category Growth – Together with the team, drive the category and give advice to customers how to achieve category growth. Building Relationships – Responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. New Business – Analyze and recommend new ideas on how to improve sales in existing categories and/or with new channels and customers. Keep The Pace – You’ll be accountable for all products within the business, including our world-famous Pringles brand and our brilliant Kellogg cereals products.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

Previously worked as a Junior Key Account Manager with HQ experience and worked for/with A-brands in the FMCG sector. Ambition to grow to a (people) leadership position in the future. Analytical, strategic, results-oriented & self-confident. Great communication and relationship building skills. Fluent in Dutch and good in English.
