Key Account Manager (Fleet Leasing Insurance Refinish segment)

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (Fleet Leasing Insurance Refinish segment), to cover all the Spain territory.

Key responsibilities:

Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Attract new customers, establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with local and international Key Accounts, ensuring Axalta meets customer needs effectively.Strategy Development and Coordination: Develop and oversee Axalta's Key Account Management (KAM) strategy across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with business goals.Negotiation and Contract Closure: Negotiate and secure local and international commercial agreements in line with Axalta’s global policies, working closely with legal counsel to optimize cost/benefit ratios.Business Planning: Create and implement national Key Account business plans, including strategies for training, delivery, invoicing, and consulting.Market Intelligence: Collect and manage critical market information related to Key Accounts, competitors, and industry trends, ensuring effective information exchange within the Axalta organization.Project Implementation: Lead and coordinate Key Account projects across brands, ensuring alignment with Axalta's containment strategies and branding objectives.Performance Monitoring: Work with Sales Analytics and Marketing teams to monitor Key Account performance and profitability, utilizing specialized tools and fine-tuning processes as needed.Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Training, Digital Services) and engage with external stakeholders (OEM Key Account Management, distributors, importers, and bodyshop operators) to drive business success.

Key requirements:

Experience: At least 10 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the refinish and collision repair industry, fleet leasing insurance industry or automotive aftermarket industries.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or a related field.Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated experience negotiating with senior management of major companies, particularly in complex business environments.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of international business processes, particularly in the refinish and collision repair industry, including key players and dynamics in the automotive-refinish industry.Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead individuals and teams, coordinate efforts across networks, and deliver measurable results.Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, structured working methods, and long-term strategic planning capabilities.Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and build lasting networks.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written), with additional European languages, considered a strong advantage.

Actualmente estamos buscando un Key Account Manager (Fleet Leasing Insurance Refinish Segment) para cubrir todo el territorio español.

En esta oportunidad, serás el responsable principal del desarrollo de proyectos y acuerdos con grandes cuentas ( fabricantes de automóviles, compañías de seguros, renting, flotas y empresas de servicio del sector) con el objetivo de captar nuevos clientes y crecimiento de la cuota de mercado mediante la venta, promoción de los productos y servicios Axalta. Siendo la labor principal el realizar acciones dirigidas a la captación, prospección y venta asimismo contribuye al mantenimiento de los key Accounts de negocio de la compañía, implementando las métricas y asegurando que se realicen los proyectos y compromisos adquiridos con los clientes.

Key responsibilities:

Realizar acciones comerciales de captación, prospección y venta.Establecer solidas relaciones de colaboración con los clientes.Identifica soluciones con el mayor potencial de obtener resultados positivos para los clientesGestión y resolución de incidencias con respecto al cliente.Gestión de reportes Dirección comercial.Elaboración de propuestas comerciales y negociación de condicionesOfertas, análisis e información de mercado, etc.Gestión de Salesforce (SFDC) y otras plataformas;
