Key Account Manager - Greater Poland Voivodeship (M/F/D)

The Opportunity:

Avantor is seeking a Key Account Manager to foster sustainable and profitable relationships with customers by supporting their success. This role involves managing all sales activities, from lead generation to closing, within Greater Poland Voivodeship, using a structured selling approach.

This is a field-based/remote role - 4 days a week you'll be visiting clients and 1 day a week will be assigned for forecasting, planning and catching-up on administration tasks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, biology, or a related field.2+ years of sales experience, including Key Account management.Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude and confident, outgoing personality.Proficient in English and computer skills, with advanced Excel knowledge and experience in presentations and training.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with developed product knowledge and a valid Category B driving license.

Drive business growth by achieving and surpassing revenue targets, acquiring new accounts, and expanding relationships with existing customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails.Manage the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring long-term business success and preventing lapsing.Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, and lead or attend client presentations and internal meetings to support business development.Collaborate across teams to route inquiries, manage opportunities, and coordinate internal resources for project execution and market research.Report on business progress, negotiate price adjustments as necessary, and participate in strategic planning to align with company goals.
